May Members' Screening & Director's Talk
Twice a year, CSIF showcases the best of our members' work. Juried by our Programming Committee, these films highlight the great work being done within the Alberta independent filmmaking scene. Join us at cSPACE to celebrate local film and hear from the directors in a post-screening discussion about process, technique, and storytelling.

In the 4th Dimension | Andres Porras | 3:15
This experimental project is part film, part song, part live spoken word reading. Shot on 8mm, In the 4th Dimension takes viewers through an interdimensional journey as the main character discovers the secrets to time travel. The director will be reciting the spoken word poem live in front of the audience, drawing attention to the ephemeral nature of time. In the 4th Dimension was shot on Kodak Tri-X reversal Black and white Super 8 film stock.
