The $100 Film Festival welcomes all entries on Super 8 or 16mm film that are under 22 minutes in length. There is no entry fee, however inclusion in the Festival is subject to a Committee selection process. Entries are judged on their creative content, but also on the ability to maintain the spirit of low-budget filmmaking.

• official release date after December 2003

• must be able to provide 16mm or Super 8 print for Festival exhibition

• 16mm with optical sound, Super 8 magnetic audio. Properly synched Cassette Tapes & Compact Discs will be accepted as an audio format.

• Submission Deadline is December 1, 2006
